On Thursday 8th May, the whole school gathered in the playground for a special VE Day picnic. Children enjoyed a tasty British dessert and lively music. We had some very enthusiastic flag waving! We also observed the 2-minute national silence and found out about the significance of VE Day in assemblies and circle times throughout the week.
