Jeans for Genes Day

Today, the children of Rockmount raised awareness for Jeans for Genes. Jeans for Genes is a charity which supports children with genetic disorders. During the week, the children were able to design posters, which highlighted what the charity does and the week culminated in all the school children wearing jeans and blue, raising money for this amazing charity. The Year Six leaders also made and sold cupcakes with icing in the charity's trademark blue and managed to raise almost £400!
