Year 4 Arctic Workshop
Year 4 had an amazing time during our Arctic & Antarctic workshop! Through drama, imagination, freeze frames, and soundscapes, we explored the icy polar regions, learnt about brave explorers like Ernest Shackleton, and discovered the unique animals and people who live there.
The children loved stepping into the world of the Arctic and Antarctic! They created freeze frames to act out life in the polar regions, used soundscapes to imagine the icy sounds around them, and learned about the challenges explorers faced. The Year 4 teachers even joined in, making the day full of fun, teamwork, and creativity. Together, we also talked about how we can all help protect these amazing regions for the future!
