Mental Health Awareness Week

This week, we promoted Mental Health Awareness Week by focusing on the theme of ‘Taking Action’.

The children discussed different ways they can support and promote positive mental health, such as taking time out to go for a walk, talking to others, and showing kindness. The children also buddied up with another year group, which allowed them to take action for someone else by working together and supporting one another. In addition, we wore green to show our support and raise awareness of the importance of mental health and wellbeing for everyone. Our Wellbeing Ambassadors also led the way by spreading kindness and handing out compliment slips to parents in the playground. It was a great day.
