Target 1:

To develop a sustainable ‘Creative Coaching Culture’ which ensures a highly effective programme of staff development impacting on creative and innovative opportunities in teaching and learning across the school (Year 2 of 2)

Target 2:

To develop a progressive whole school Oracy strategy across all curriculum areas to enhance pupils’ ability to articulate ideas, develop understanding and engage with others through spoken language.

Target 3:

To ensure strength in leadership at all levels continues to grow and provides skilled direction for school improvement.
