How to apply

Nursery

Applications must be made directly to the school. Forms may be obtained from the office. If a place is not immediately available you have the option to place your child's name on the waiting list.

Where there is over subscription priority is given to:

  1. Looked After Children (i.e. children in public care)
  2. Siblings: Children with a brother or sister who will be in attendance at the school at the time of enrolment of the new pupil.
  3. Medical: Children with serious medical reasons needing to attend Rockmount in particular (the application must be supported by a letter from a professional such as a doctor or a social worker)
  4. Distance: Priority will be given to children living nearest to the school as measured in a straight line

Please note that a place in the Nursery does not guarantee a place in the Reception Class. You must apply for this separately.

Reception

If you live in the borough you must apply on the Croydon Common Application Form (CAF). Applications can be made online at www.eadmissions.org.uk or by using the paper application form. If you live in a different borough, you will need to apply on your own borough's form.
