The School Council recently visited the Houses of Parliament and had a fantastic trip! The children visited the Horse Guards, had an informative tour around the Houses of Parliament and also had the opportunity to attend a debate in the public gallery in the House of Commons. They then took part in a workshop where they got to take on the role of MPs and weigh up the pros and cons of a topical subject; "should homework be banned?" Miss Fryman and Miss Carvall were so impressed with the representatives, who were engaged, inquisitive and brilliant throughout the day!
