Reception raised an incredible £580 today, dancing for a total of 30 minutes and 20 seconds during their sponsored Dance-a-Thon.
Thank you to the parents and carers for being very generous sponsors, to the children for taking part and to the staff for making the event so much fun.
What an achievement! Some of our pupils were chosen by Coach Charlotte to take part in a Palace for Life tournament, held at the Crystal Palace Academy Ground. Out of twenty three schools, we have made it to the semi finals. Congratulations!
We had a fun day expressing ourselves as part of Children's Mental Health Week.
Congratulations to Eloise in Year 6 for winning Croydon's Holocaust Memorial Day 2022 competition run by SACRE (Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education). Eloise's short story called, 'Stuck Together' was voted as the winning entry by SACRE. Amazing work, Eloise!
Well done also to Erin in Year 5 whose poem, 'The Trenches' was commended by the members of SACRE.
